Order Processing
Please allow 48 hours to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

International Shipping
All duties and taxes are included and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Australian and New Zealand orders over $1,000 may incur duties payable upon delivery. We are only able to ship to the below listed regions at this time.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to wear our gear with confidence. If your gear isn’t quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
How it works:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

You'll also need to present proof of purchase [order number].

Contact our Customer Service team here [shop@sxglobal.com] with your order number and what you’d like to do to start a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your Return is accepted, send your item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- As many of our collections are a limited drop, we cannot guarantee certain sizes and styles will be available.
Damages and Issues
We check every item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, please inspect your order once received and contact our Customer Service team immediately [shop@sxglobal.com] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges, as we are unable to guarantee availability when we receive your return. Instead, create a return by contacting our Customer Service team here [shop@sxglobal.com] with your order number to start a return. Then place an order for a new item as normal.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
