The 2026 FIM World Supercross Championship calendar has landed, bringing another season of world-class racing, iconic venues, and unforgettable moments to fans across the globe.
With rounds spanning five continents 2026 promises to be the biggest and boldest season yet as World Supercross continues to take elite racing to new destinations worldwide.
Calgary Opens the season in style
The road to championship glory begins in Calgary, Canada, where the season-opener heads to the McMahon Stadium on 8 August for the Canadian GP.
Framed by the stunning Rocky Mountains, Calgary makes its debut on the World Supercross calendar and sets the tone for an explosive start to the season. Fans will get their first look at the 2026 rider line-up, fresh rivalries, and the early battle for momentum in what promises to be a spectacular opening round.
Canada remains a key stop for the championship, marking its third consecutive year returning to the country but this early August opener adds a brand-new twist to the season.
World Supercross returns to Birmingham
Round two sees World Supercross return to Birmingham, bringing the sport back to one of its most passionate motorsport nations.
The Alexander Stadium will host the British GP on 10 October, delivering UK fans another opportunity to experience the intensity, speed, and atmosphere of live supercross action.
With motocross roots tracing back over a century in the UK, the race is a celebration of the sport’s heritage and the modern stars pushing it forward.
Buenos Aires brings the energy
Few events matched the atmosphere of Buenos Aires last season and this year the Championship is heading back to the same location.
On 24 October, the Oscar and Juan Gálvez circuit hosts the Buenos Aires City GP, where passionate Argentine fans are expected to create another unforgettable night of racing.
The race made headlines in 2025 with sold out crowds and standout performances, including Haiden Deegan making his international and 450 debut.
Gold Coast set for another huge night
The championship then heads to Australia for round four, where the Gold Coast hosts the Australian GP on 21 November at the Cbus Super Stadium.
Australia’s supercross culture created a vibe that reflected incredible racing and passionate fan energy, and after one of the standout events of the 2025 season, expectations are sky-high for another massive night under the lights.
South Africa returns to the calendar
Following the success of last year’s inaugural event in Cape Town, World Supercross is set to return to South Africa in 2026. The official venue and race date will be announced soon.
